Here's an beautiful shovelhead, ready to roll. Features original paint with good luster and flake, a stock Keihin carburetor, and a recently installed NOS "comfort-flex" seat (photos show the old seat). Great compression and easy starts. It is clean, straight and correct! Recently replaced front fender decal not shown in photos. Looks really sharp, sounds awesome and runs great! All numbers matching. This bike is ready to show as an unrestored antique for 2012. It will score 98+ points.

Second owner, 1979 title. 1st year left foot shifter linkage on XLs. last year of AMF's "sparkling of America" paint scheme. nearly as complete and correct as the day it was delivered; including original tires, pipes, paint, instruments, saddle, starter, regulator, brakes, controls, signals, etc. No bondo. No sheet metal repair. No smoke. I installed new OEM headlamp, battery, battery cover, hold down strap, points, plugs, and front brake master cyl. only 12,900 easy miles. this is a cherry XL. easy start, runs strong, sounds great. really scoots! straight forward restoration! ready to show for Senior 1st.

Wow! What can I say? A true gem! All original, unmolested, correct everything-75th Anniversary Model FLH.
You won't run across many of these in this life. Runs like a top. OEM kickstart and headers installed. When this bike was new the original owner complained that the paint wasn't flawless, so the Harley dealer threw in all the accesories, gratis. It's flawless now by any standard.
